For peace of mind, there is a sign near the rear parking lot that reads, "This Area is Under Surveillance," though no cameras are present; this is simply to deter tampering with guest vehicles.
Rental Policies:
Rental Agreement: Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to check-in; if refused, the cancellation policy still applies.
Kentucky Derby Reservations: All Derby week/weekend bookings are non-refundable, regardless of agreement status.
Security Deposit: A hold for the security deposit is required at least three days prior to check-in, processed outside the booking platform. Failure to submit the deposit may result in cancellation, with the cancellation policy still in effect.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
